By accessing or using BarrioRadar (barrioradar.com) and our associated APIs or reports, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
BarrioRadar provides an analytical location-intelligence service delivering walkability scores, public transport departure calculations, 15-minute city amenity analysis, and cycling accessibility metrics across Spain.
BarrioRadar analyses information obtained from public, open, and third-party geographic, transport, and location datasets (such as IGN CartoCiudad, MITMA GTFS, and OpenStreetMap as non-exclusive examples). We do not claim an exhaustive or exclusive list of data providers.
All reports, scores, maps, and accessibility measures provided by BarrioRadar are for informational purposes only.
BarrioRadar reports and scores are not property surveys, structural inspections, formal property valuations, legal searches, legal advice, financial or investment advice, planning or zoning advice, or safety certifications. You should independently verify any information that is material to a property purchase, rental, or investment decision.
While BarrioRadar takes reasonable care in processing location data, users acknowledge that:
Scores (such as the BarrioRadar Score or BikeScore) and catchments are calculated using BarrioRadar's analytical algorithms. They represent analytical benchmarks and are not certifications or guarantees of actual living conditions or individual experience.
When required factual information is unavailable, BarrioRadar aims to identify it as unavailable rather than knowingly substitute invented factual values.
Location analyses and scores apply to the specific canonical location and spatial coordinates displayed. Geocoding or address resolution limits may affect results.
Permanent property unlocks. Where a property location is unlocked using Property Credits or through another product expressly sold as a permanent property unlock, that unlock grants ongoing access to the specific canonical property location associated with the purchase, subject to these Terms and the continued availability of the BarrioRadar service.
Agent Pro subscription access. While an Agent Pro subscription is active, subscribers may analyse properties without consuming Property Credits, subject to any applicable fair-use, technical, or service limits. Properties analysed solely through Agent Pro are provided as part of the subscription and do not become permanently unlocked properties.
If an Agent Pro subscription is cancelled, expires, or otherwise ends, access to properties analysed solely through the subscription ends when the applicable subscription period ends. Properties that were separately and permanently unlocked using Property Credits remain accessible in accordance with the permanent unlock terms above.
Analysing a property through Agent Pro does not consume a Property Credit and does not convert that property into a permanent unlock. A permanent property entitlement exists only where the property has been separately unlocked through a qualifying permanent-unlock product or Property Credit.
Pricing and Billing. BarrioRadar offers one-time purchases (such as Property Credits and permanent property unlocks) and recurring subscription plans (such as Agent Pro). Applicable pricing, billing intervals (such as monthly or annual billing options where offered), and any relevant taxes are displayed and accepted at checkout prior to completing purchase.
Property Credits & Permanent Unlocks. Property Credits are purchased as one-time transactions and may be redeemed to unlock specific property locations. Using a Property Credit to unlock a property creates an ongoing, permanent property unlock for that specific canonical location, subject to these Terms and the continued availability of the BarrioRadar service.
Agent Pro Recurring Subscriptions. Agent Pro is a recurring subscription service billed in advance on the periodic schedule selected at checkout (such as monthly or annually). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Cancellation & Entitlement Periods. Subscribers may cancel an Agent Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future automatic renewal and takes effect at the end of the current, already-paid billing period. Subscribers retain access to subscription features until the current paid period ends; cancellation does not immediately terminate access or revoke subscription entitlements during an already-paid period.
Subscription Access vs. Permanent Unlocks. Unlimited property analysis under Agent Pro applies only while the subscription is active. Properties analysed solely through Agent Pro do not become permanent property unlocks. If an Agent Pro subscription ends, access to properties analysed solely under the subscription ceases. Any properties separately unlocked using Property Credits or qualifying permanent-unlock purchases remain permanently accessible in accordance with Section 7.
Downloaded Reports. Reports or other files lawfully generated and downloaded while the user had the applicable access entitlement may continue to be retained and used after that entitlement or subscription ends, subject to these Terms. Retaining a downloaded report does not provide continued online access to the underlying property, the right to regenerate the report, or access to subscription features after the applicable entitlement has ended.
Statutory Consumer Rights. Nothing in this section affects or limits applicable statutory consumer rights under Spanish and European Union law.
You agree not to systematically scrape, bulk extract, reverse-engineer, resell, or create competing commercial database products using BarrioRadar output without prior written authorization. You may view, download, print, or share individual reports only as supported by the normal functionality of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Spanish and European Union consumer protection laws.
